My Story

From the parade ground to the sprint board

I joined the British Army in 2008 and spent 15 years leading teams in some of the most demanding, high-pressure environments imaginable — rising to the rank of Major. I learned early on that the difference between a team that delivers and one that doesn't isn't talent. It's clarity, trust, and the ability to adapt.

When I left the Army in 2023 and founded Agile Waze, I realised that what I'd been doing for years — breaking down complexity, aligning people around a shared goal, removing obstacles to delivery — was exactly what Agile is all about.

Today I bring that same leadership philosophy to organisations across the UK, helping teams in the public and private sector deliver more, faster, and with less friction.

Led teams across the UK and overseas, managing high-profile programmes within the Army and Ministry of Defence.

Channelled 15 years of leadership experience into a consultancy specialising in Agile delivery, coaching and Business Analysis.
